Nominations are now being accepted for inclusion on the ballot for
election
to the Board of the Missouri Chess Association. Self-nominations are
accepted and encouraged. If you would be interested in working as a
member of a team to improve the quality or level of chess activity in
Missouri, send your name to:

Nominations must be received by April 15. Nominees must be residents
of
the state of Missouri and current members of the MCA. Board members
must be willing to attend four Board meetings per year, normally held
in
Columbia, and the annual general membership meeting held at the
Missouri
Open Championship. Ballots will be sent to MCA members by June 1 and
the election will be completed by July 1. The new Board will take
office on September 1.
